1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ttvip ("we," "us," "the Platform"). Your continued use of the ttvip website, mobile app, or any related services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates made from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account. ttvip reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Access to ttvip and participation in any gaming or betting activity on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are accessing the platform in your personal capacity, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not knowingly creating a duplicate or additional account.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform.

ttvip may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

Each person may hold only one account on ttvip. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — may be closed, with balances subject to review. If you discover a duplicate account exists under your details, you must notify support immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. ttvip will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and subsequent KYC verification is accurate and kept up to date. Changes to your personal details must be submitted to support with supporting documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ttvip are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits may be made via Philippine local bank transfer, online banking, and supported e-wallets. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with processing times, are displayed in your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method associated with your account. ttvip does not accept or process transactions via credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. ttvip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ttvip offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods — which are displayed in your account at the time the offer is available.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be opted into before the qualifying deposit is made. Retroactive application is not available.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated per offer.
• ttvip reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the creation of multiple accounts or coordinated betting to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Promotions are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All platform games — including slots, RNG table games, video poker, and arcade games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. Each spin, hand, or round is independent of previous results. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage stated for each game represents the theoretical long-run average across millions of rounds, not a guaranteed return in any individual session.

Live casino games are operated in real time by human dealers. Results in live casino games are determined by physical actions (card draws, roulette ball outcomes) that are captured and streamed to players. ttvip does not control or interfere with live game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or disputed result, ttvip's records of game outcomes shall be considered final. Any bets voided due to technical issues will be refunded to your PHP balance at the original stake.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on ttvip are subject to the bet acceptance rules and market-specific terms displayed at the time of placement. ttvip reserves the right to limit bet amounts, void bets, or restrict access to certain markets at its discretion.

Bets accepted in error — for example, with clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error — may be voided and stakes returned. ttvip will communicate any such decisions through your account notifications.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to platform-side bet delay systems. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit acceptance notification. Bets placed during a declared suspension of a market may be voided.

8. Responsible Gaming

ttvip is a 21+ platform. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help members manage their gambling activity. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ttvip and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using a false identity, or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing promotions through coordinated or low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

10. Account Termination

You may close your ttvip account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance after pending wagers are settled will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements.

ttvip may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, or if required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. In cases of proven fraud or Terms violation, ttvip reserves the right to forfeit your account balance.

11. Limitation of Liability

ttvip provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues. ttvip will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on your end, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ttvip's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your total deposits in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of ttvip is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.
